The Company is not a charitable organization unless explicitly stated. The Platform is a tool used to support fundraising activities conducted by users and organizations.

You agree to use the Platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.

You agree that you will NOT:

  • Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or purpose
  • Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activities

All product sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided unless required by law.

Discounts and offers are provided by third-party merchants. The Company is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or honoring of any offer.

The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged products.

For governmental entities, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which such entity is located, and venue shall lie in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.

For all other users, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Cobb County, Georgia.

15. Changes to Terms

The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
